This natural mineral water park is located inside a forest and you have to take a long walk through the forest to reach it. The walk is very relaxing, as you can feel the cool breeze and the sound of the flowing river nearby. You have to cross some bridges and sometimes walk through snow, if it is winter time. There are so many huge trees and different types of small plants with colorful flowers. It will take at least one hour to reach the mineral water pool. A dip in the pool which has got healing properties is rejuvenating to the body and mind.

Apart from this, the Rabati fortress has excellent viewing sites: there are four towers above the walls, where you can go up the winding stairs. Each of them has a wonderful view of Akhaltsikhe and its surroundings, and one can imagine being a guard watching an upcoming enemy. But if this does seem not enough, then you can get to the citadel roof in the western part of the fortress where you get the best ever view.

Mtskheta Tour

Jvari Monastery

Built in the 6th century, Jvari Monastery stands on a mountaintop at the confluence of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers, overlooking Mtskheta, the former capital of Georgia. The monastery was built on the site of a large wooden cross erected by Saint Nino in the early 4th century. Saint Nino preached Christianity in Georgia and converted the pagan king Mirian III of Iberia who declared Christianity the official religion in 327 A.D. In 545 A.D. Jvari was listed together with other monuments of Mtskheta in 1994 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Uflisthikhe Cave

Even from afar this quaint rocky city looks bewitching. Looking like giant pores on the rocks gape the cave grottoes, which used to be full of life. Long time ago there were huge majestic halls, temples, dwellings connected by winding corridors of streets. It is hard to believe that this grandiose titanic creation of the whole city from stone was done by human hands
